These Terms govern use of the website and booking of LP BLACKLINE premium transfers and private journeys.

1. Subject of the agreement
LP BLACKLINE provides premium transport, transfers, intercity journeys and related coordination at the client's request.
Submitting a request via the website, phone or email is a service enquiry and does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed by our coordinator.
2. Booking and payment
Journey parameters (route, time, vehicle class, additional requests) are agreed individually. The price is fixed or confirmed before the service begins.
The company may request a prepayment or booking guarantee for certain routes, dates or vehicle classes.
3. Cancellation and changes
The client may change or cancel a journey by notifying the coordinator in advance. Refund terms depend on the time before departure and the conditions agreed for the specific booking.
The company reserves the right to decline service in cases that threaten safety, violate the law or conflict with service standards.
4. Obligations of the parties
The client provides accurate information about the route, number of passengers and preferences. The company provides a vehicle of the agreed class, a professional chauffeur and journey coordination.
Delays caused by force majeure, weather, traffic or safety restrictions are not considered a breach if the company has taken reasonable steps to deliver the service.
5. Liability
The company's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms agreed for the specific booking.
Use of the website is at the user's discretion. The company aims to keep information up to date but may update service descriptions without prior notice.
